Trevvel Miles terms

Trevvel Miles is the loyalty and referral programme of Trevvel, a brand of
vnty GmbH, Hacketäuerstraße 82, 51063 Cologne, Germany ("we").

1. Participation

Anyone with a Trevvel account (vnty account) can take part. Participation is free and
starts automatically with your first paid purchase. Miles belong to your account and
cannot be transferred.

2. Earning Miles

• For every euro paid when you buy an eSIM or top up, you earn Miles according to
  your tier (section 3), rounded down to whole Miles. What counts is the amount
  actually paid after all discounts.
• Miles are credited as soon as we have received your payment.
• One-off bonuses: 2,000 Miles for customers who purchased before the programme
  launched (welcome bonus) and 500 Miles for the first sign-in to the Trevvel app,
  provided there is at least one paid purchase (app bonus).
• Free eSIMs (e.g. promotions or goodwill) do not earn Miles.

3. Tiers

Your tier depends on the number of paid eSIM purchases in the last twelve months
(top-ups do not count):

Your tier is recalculated continuously; purchases older than twelve months no longer
count, so your tier can go down again.

4. Redeeming Miles

• In the "Miles" section of your account you exchange Miles for a voucher:

• The voucher is valid for 12 months, can only be used with your account and only
  once — when buying an eSIM or topping up. The discount is the stated percentage of
  the price; at least €0.50 always has to be paid.
• One discount per purchase: a Miles voucher cannot be combined with another voucher,
  referral or upgrade discount.
• Exchanged Miles are not credited back; an unused voucher expires at the end of its
  validity. If a purchase paid with it is cancelled or refunded, you can use the voucher
  again as long as it is valid.
• Miles and vouchers cannot be paid out in cash.

5. Inviting friends

• You get a personal referral code, based on your first name if you provide it,
  otherwise random; you can change it once.
• Anyone who uses your code on their first purchase gets 10% off that
  purchase. You get 1,000 Miles as soon as that purchase is paid.
• You cannot redeem your own code. We credit at most 20 referrals per calendar
  month.
• Codes may not be published on voucher or discount sites or spread through paid
  advertising.

6. Expiry

Miles expire 24 months after they were credited; the oldest Miles are always
used first. We will let you know about 30 days before Miles expire.

7. Cancellation, refunds, abuse

• If a purchase is cancelled or refunded, we reverse the Miles credited for it and any
  referral reward granted for it. Your balance may temporarily become negative.
• In case of abuse — such as multiple accounts, fake purchases or improper
  distribution of codes — we may reverse Miles and end your participation.

8. Changes and end of the programme

We may change or end the programme with two months' notice, which we will send you
by email. Miles collected until then can be redeemed until that notice period ends.
Rights from purchases already completed are not affected.
